No, the Mono link is read-only, so Tally can see your transactions and nothing more, and it has no way to send, withdraw or touch anything.
Mono is the licensed service that lets apps read bank transactions with your permission. You log in inside Mono's window, Tally never sees your password, and you can disconnect any time. If you would rather not connect, upload a statement or log sales by hand instead.
Yes, connect them through Mono where supported or upload their statements, and use as many accounts as you like.
